APF Single Ply Nationals & APF Raw Nationals

This event will be held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando at the Europa Sports Expo. The following is the entry form.

The form and information on the APF website conflicts with the form in the event website. One says to send money and form to Orlando Barbell, while the form on the event website say to send the form and money to the APF. I contacted Brian Schuab and made him aware of this conflict and he said he would get it fixed. But I still need to know where to send my form and who to make the check out to.

You can send it to Brian at Orlando Barbell he is now the meet director. The Europa site should be corrected soon.

It's back to Kieran Kidder being the meet director. So which is it, Brian Schuab or Kieran Kidder? It also has been changed on the APF Meets listing.
I am getting ready to send in my form, but it keeps changing. Should I just wait until this is straightened out. Or is this entry form the final one?
