How do I go about taking practical exam?

I wanted to go to the Best of the Midwest Meet in Kansas but wasn't able to make it out. The problem right now now is I want to put on a full meet in June around the 19th or the 26th. Is it possible to do my practical at Nationals in Chicago? The only problem is I don't think I can bring my local buddies. Are there any other options available? I like that the APF is taking steps to make judging consisten across the US.
