IF you're going to have a single-ply division (which I don't favor), why would you mirror the USPF rules? Presently, the APF allows open-back shirts. Why wouldn't a proposed single-ply division ALSO allow open-back shirts? That would stand to reason.

Ther more accurate discription would be similar to WPF equip. rules. That is the USPF's world affiliate. That's the reason USPF got mentioned. Lift performance will be all APF as usual. The closed back shirts are to keep some uniformity in the single ply rankings I'd presume.
