Cross Federation Judging Requirements - Cancelled

In response to APF membership feedback, effective immediately the APF EC cancels the previously posted requirements for cross-federation judging.

Effective 01/01/2010 the APF EC is disallowed from judging for other federations. This requirement is limited to the APF EC, with no discussion or intent of application to others.
